June 20, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #37 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #6174 FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICES - TIME AND MATERIALS Description Bids to provide 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' were received from six vendors on May 25, 2006.  The bids of  NCN Electric, Inc., PMH Group, Inc., Three Brothers Electric, Inc., and White Electrical were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budgets allocated to the Facilities Services, Construction Services and Telecom and Network Systems Departments.  Recommendation That the bids of NCN Electric, Inc., PMH Group, Inc., Three Brothers Electric, Inc., and White Electrical, to provide 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' in an amount not to exceed $1,700,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
